There is a day game this Sunday, we hope you all can make it out!
As always there are a few reminders:
- Start Hydrating now, the sooner you start the better off you will be this weekend. Bring plenty of water and a snack to keep your energy up and body healthy.
- If you get over heated or start feeling fatigued and really tired PLEASE call yourself out and take a break in the shade on the edge of the woods or near a fort to catch a bit of a breeze.
- Start time is 11am, this means safety briefing, final team count and game on kicks off at 11am. You will need to be on site at least 30 – 45 minutes early to gear up and be ready to play!
